Los certámenes de belleza llegan a la red: “Miss Twitter México 2010”

Si Pensabas que Internet y las redes sociales estaban exentos de los concursos de belleza, te equivocas. El certamen Miss Twitter México, organizado por varias marcas comerciales, la mayoría de ellas del estado de Guerrero, convoca a todas aquellas mujeres mayores de edad usuarias de Twitter a participar del certamen interactivo, que en esta ocasión se promueve bajo el slogan: ¡Twittea tu camino a la fama!

La mecánica de participación es la siguiente: entrar a la página www.misstwittermexico.com y llenar el formulario de registro, cabe subrayar que las participantes tienen que ser mayores de edad y tener un perfil en la red social Twitter con 40 seguidores como mínimo, una vez registradas deberán publicar sus tweets en el hashtag #MissTwitter2010 de aquí se elegirá a 10 finalistas, seleccionando a aquellas participantes que tengan los tweets más creativos, relevantes, informativos y que busquen servir a la comunidad, de ahí serán elegidas mediante votación a 3 finalistas que pasaran a la ronda final.

El jurado emitirá su veredicto al escuchar las respuestas mejor elaboradas a la siguiente ronda de preguntas: ¿Cómo influye Twitter en la construcción de un México mejor?, ¿Cómo debe ayudar Miss Twitter para crear consciencia social?, ¿Cuál sería tu mensaje en 140 caracteres?, en base a la creatividad, capacidad y entusiasmo para contestar dichos cuestionamientos se seleccionará a la Miss Twitter México 2010, quien durante un año se encargará de apoyar causas sociales a través de la popular red social.

Los premios para los tres primeros lugares van desde un viaje todo pagado al puerto de Acapulco que incluye cena y una suma de dinero para el primer lugar, un Ipad, cosméticos y ropa deportiva para el segundo lugar y un conjunto de ropa de baño y accesorios para el tercer lugar.

La fecha límite de inscripción es el próximo sábado 25 de septiembre, a pesar de los esfuerzos de difusión del evento la participación ha sido poca ya que a 11 días del límite se encuentran registradas únicamente 13 concursantes, esperemos que la pobre convocatoria sea debido a la novedad del evento y que tanto glamour cibernético sirva para atraer la atención de los usuarios de Internet a los problemas sociales que atañen a nuestra sociedad, si esta es la finalidad del concurso y no solo venerar la vanidad, sea el esfuerzo bienvenido.

El certamen se ha realizado en otros países de habla hispana como Chile y España.
